Hi lovelies! Today we have a stunning couple to show off. Maci + Ryan Kaiser were married at Peach Creek Ranch on July 17th, and we are obsessed with their decor, their photos, and THEM! We just had to feature them on our blog!

We could not get enough of Maci + Ryan, and we were just over the moon to hear from Maci about her wedding journey. We thought what she had to say was the perfect insight to the wedding planning process and her unique Sunday wedding experience!

Here's what she had to say:

     "So the first thing Ryan and I did as far as planning was scope out venues. We knew this would be crucial as far as setting a date and location and wanted to get it done ASAP. Our hometowns are about 2.5 hours apart, and we didn't want it to be too far of a drive for anyone. College station is somewhat in the middle of both of our hometowns and we are both graduates of Texas A&M, so a College Station wedding just made sense. We looked around at venues in the area, and PCR was love at first sight for us. It has the country with the barn while still being very elegant and just overall stunning. From the outdoor area to the chandeliers in the barn to the amazing cottage areas, it was all just perfect. Not to mention, the owners just make you feel like you are at home as soon as you step on the property. So, we eventually decided to go with PCR, despite having to have our wedding on a Sunday because the Saturdays were all booked up! Totally worth it!

    Then we went through the whole process of making a guest list and stressing about the guest list as it grew and grew! I found vendors for all of the big things and went wedding dress shopping.

    I got my dress at Weddings by Debbie in the Katy area and HIGHLY recommend it. They were extremely helpful and provided an overall wonderful experience.

    Ryan and I met with Petal Patch Florist in Bryan, with the intentions of meeting with others afterward, but we loved the owner and felt very confident that they would do a great job, so we didn't look anywhere else! Also Highly recommend them.

    Whitney Gilmer was my photographer. I met her at Impact camp just before we began college at A&M. Although we weren't friends throughout college, we were social media friends (you know how that goes). She began her photography business while we were in college and I fell in love with her work. It's just my style. Her photos are bright, joyful, natural, and always tell a story! Although she was new to the wedding industry, I knew she would be perfect...and she was! She is the sweetest person and makes photo shoots natural and fun!

    Vine and Branches was recommended to us through PCR. Hannah was very new and very young, but you absolutely cannot tell from the wonderful job she did on our video. And she edited so quickly!! Loved working with her!

    I found my hair/makeup artist through PCR's open house. Blush'd Beauty was there and had just had a wedding cancel the weekend of our wedding, so it was definitely fate! Makael and her team do amazing work for both hair andmakeup! All 9 bridesmaids were happy with how their hair turned out, which is a large task to accomplish!

    My amazing Aunt actually made my cake! She has been making my birthday cakes since I was a baby and I knew she would to a wonderful job on my wedding cake. Plus why spend money? It turned out AMAZING! It both looked beautiful and tasted like heaven! I had so many people compliment that cake! What's funny is, my aunt was apparently super upset during the wedding because on her way to the venue one of the layers fell over/ fell apart, so it was 1 layer less than what it was supposed to be! I didn't notice and no one else knew though, so really she had nothing to worry about! She also made the bobber cakeballs on the groom's table! They turned out perfect and were a hit!

    The delicious food was provided by family friends of mine who have been in the catering business for as long as I can remember. I knew that our wedding, with 275 guests, was going to be a challenge for them, but they worked so hard and made it happen! It was awesome!

    So as we got closer to the wedding, I actually got really stressed, which is so unlike me! But there was just so much on my shoulders, and little details that had to be taken care of. We took it one day at a time though and luckily I had my mom, Ryan's mom, and my MOH Heather to help when things got crazy! We were literally painting table numbers, making the seating chart, printing pictures and buying frames the week of the wedding!! CRAZY! Do not recommend!

    The wedding day started out nothing less than stressful TBH. Other than the fact that my bridesmaids woke me up with coffee and some time of worship in our hotel room which was just what I needed! The stressful things was getting everyone to the venue in time for hair and getting people to help with setting up the barn. Thankfully PCR takes care of the chairs, tables and table cloths, but I honestly ran out of the cottage soooo many times to set stuff up in the barn myself... not ideal. I set up table numbers, pictures, signs, candles... when I would have liked to have been in the cottage enjoying the morning with the ladies.

    Other than that though, everything just kinda fell together. I know it was all thanks to the the day of coordinators from All Things Planned. They had it all together and were such a blessing throughout the day as they ensured that everything was running smoothly and that Ryan and I had everything we needed. I would not suggest attempting a wedding without them. Whether it was running to the cottage to get my veil for pictures or letting us know it was time for cake, they were on top of it and we knew we did not have to worry about a thing and could enjoy our wedding celebration.

    Because it was a hot July day, we were very thankful for the "rain plan" covered patio that PCR has. You get the same beautiful view while not having to endure the sun's scorching rays. And can you believe we were able to seat 275+ guests out there!?

    One of my favorite moments of the day was when it was time to leave. Ryan and I are both redass Aggies. We love football games and the Aggie spirit. So, after our final dance, the DJ put on the song that the football team runs out to and we ran through the whole barn, holding hands, (so fun) and went through the doors where our guests were lined up outside waiting for us, waving 12th man towels. It was just the most fun and and joyous way to end the night! I LOVED every second of it."

We LOVED every second of having Maci + Ryan host their wedding at Peach Creek Ranch. Our couples truly make our hearts swell. They are reason we do what we do.

Another huge thanks to all of the Kaiser's amazing vendors. {Petal Patch, Blush'd Beauty, Whitney Gilmer Photography, All Things Planned, Vine and Branches Productions}

Until next time...stay peachy!
